GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTED SESSIONS/TALKS/POSTER

All submissions must be sent by completing this form (link). Abstracts must be submitted in English. 

Important deadlines

• Contributed sessions: November 10.

• Contributed talks: December 10.

• Posters: December 10.

CONTRIBUTED SESSIONS

The contributed sessions consist of three talks (30 min each). The organizer of a contributed session must submit a tittle for the session, the names, email addresses, and affiliations of all session speakers. They must ask the session participants to register and send the titles and abstracts of their talks by completing the submission registration form, informing they are part of a contributed session.

TALKS AND POSTER SUBMISSIONS

You may submit only one abstract as the presenting author of a contributed talk/poster. The same abstract cannot be submitted for different presentation types.

Talks will be 30 minutes long and organized by thematic areas.
